Week 5 Games

So this week I am going to start a new approach at how I discuss the games. From now on i will be picking who i think will be winning some games and a brief explanation on why. Would love as much feedback as possible from anyone that reads my posts.

Bears vs Buccaneers.

Thursday night matchup while my favorite team takes on Tom Brady and the Buccaneers. I am not trying to be biased by any means when i say this but i am hoping to see the Bears win this game. They did not do as well as i was hoping them to do this past week really need their defense to show up this week against Brady and a Bucs team that has been doing very well recently.

Bills vs Titans

im really hoping for this to be the game of the week this next week. Both the Bills and Titans being undefeated going into this week despite the Titans not having their game last week i believe this is going to be a high scoring game but the Bills will pull this one out and go to 5-0

Colts vs Browns

Another game I’m hoping will be a good game and will be on my tv on Sunday afternoon. Colts coming into this week with the best defense in the league along with the Browns who are just on another level this year I am surprised as is everyone else about their 3-1 start. I was really not sure who to pick for this game both teams put up a lot of points especially the Browns but considering the Colts defense i am going to have to go with the colts on this one.

Vikings vs Seahawks

Vikings getting their first win last week over the Texans was a bit surprising i thought for sure that the Texans could pull off a win and I was really not expecting them to start the season 0-4. I still feel that Kirk Cousins is way overrated and way overpaid and I’m sure I am not the only one that feels that way besides it is showing that more than ever this year. I do not see The Vikings beat Russell Wilson and the Seahawks Wilson is amazing and he is going to tear apart the Vikings defense.

Chargers vs Saints

Would really like to see the Chargers come away with this win Justin Herbert the way he has been playing he deserves it him and this Chargers offense have been tearing it up the last couple weeks and have fallen short their record could very easily be 3-1 or even 4-0 now. Herbert is someone that a lot of people thought was going to be a bust and I’m really glad that he is doing as good as he is. As for the Saints they almost lost to the Lions and that’s saying a lot about them and their defense I don’t really see a problem with their offense besides Bree’s is starting to look old unfortunately other than that him and Kamara have put up a lot of points in every game so far. I am going with the Chargers in this one.

Week 4 Games

This week I talk about what I think will be the best five games of the week

Jaguars vs Bengals

I’m going with the Bengals on this game I believe it’ll be a good close game and I think Burrow and Minshew will both throw for a lot of yards. As long as Burrows line gives him time to throw I think both QBs will have at least 2 or 3 TD’s and it will be close with the Bengals coming out on top.

Steelers vs Titans

Both good defenses both good offenses. I would like to see the Titans come away with this one if Henry gets going and Tannehill shows up like he has been the same with Big Ben and James Conner and the Steelers its going to be another close game for the 2020 season. Titans out on top

Patriots vs Chiefs

I think this should be one that should be on primetime. Patriots vs Chiefs have always been a good matchup looking back at the 2018 AFC Championship game where the Pats won in OT rookie Patrick Mahomes almost went to the SuperBowl but Tom Brady being Tom Brady ended up pulling it out it was still a very good game. Look for another classic between these two teams

Bills vs Raiders

Another game I wish I could be able to go to in Vegas. Josh Allen and The Bills set to have another great season with the Raiders looking to improve on their last years efforts and come close to being at the top of their division. I’m looking forward to watching this game. I think its going to be a high scoring game but The Bills will come out on top in this one

Falcons vs Packers

Both teams that put up a lot of points and its on Monday Night Football as well I believe that the Packers will win this game but its going to be a classic game. Rodgers and Ryan will put up I think 300-400 yards each 2 or 3 touchdowns you wont want to miss this game. the Packers will come out on top

Hope this week ends up being a good week

Week 3 Recap

A lot of good games this past week to many to talk about so i only talked about a few in this blog

Bengal vs Eagles

Burrow continues to impress me and next against the Jaguars I think he gets his first NFL win. For the second straight week he throws for over 300 yards and ends up with 2 tds. T. Boyd had a real impressive game although he had no touchdowns he had 125 yards receiving. Bengals o line were very pathetic allowing Joe to get sacked a total of 8 times. Hard to win when your o line cant protect your QB. Carson Wentz looked pathetic 225 yards with only 1 td and 2 int. He had 65 yards rushing and 1 td. The best part of the Eagles offense was Miles Sanders who had 95 yards rushing.

Rams vs Bills

i enjoyed watching this it ended up being a great game like i thought it would be. Bills blowing their huge lead and still ended up winning it was great matchup. Would love to see this again down the line. Once again Jared Goff looked good going 23/32 321 yards 2 tds other impressive players were Henderson who rushed for 114 yards and 1 Td as well. Josh Allen still has me convinced he’s the best QB in the league once again throwing 4 TDs there and over 300 yards there’s no doubt in my mind the Bills are a super bowl favorite

Cowboys vs Seahawks

Very fun game to watch, I do not care one bit about the Cowboys but Prescott looked good 37/52 472 yards 3 tds though he has no choice but to throw for that many yards his defense can’t stop anyone that’s why all 3 games have all been high scoring close games. He kept the Cowboys in this game finding Gallup for 138 yards and Wilson for 108 yards. Russell Wilson has and always will be better than Dak though 315 yards and 5 tds should of been 6 but Metcalf lost the ball idiotically at the 1 yard line. Metcalf has 110 yards with 1 Td and the most impressing one was Lockett with 100 yards and 3 tds both of those guys awesome and reliable receivers

Other impressive players for week 3

49ers N. Mullens 346 yards 1 td

Browns N. Chubb 108 yards 2 Tds

Patriots S. Michel 117 yards

Bears A. Robinson 123 yards 1 td

Falcons C. Ridley 110 yards

Steelers J. Conner 109 yards 1 Td

Titans D. Henry 119 yards 2 tds

Titans K. Raymond 118 yards

Vikings D. Cook 181 yards 1 Td

Vikings J. Jefferson 175 yards 1 td

Packers A. Lazard 146 yards 1 Td

Saints A. Kamara 58 rush yards 139 receiving yards 2 Tds

Week 2 recap

So I’m going to start something new I’m going to go over some games from week 2 that I thought were good

Bengals vs Browns

So I was wrong about this game. I thought it was going to be bad boy was I wrong. First off the Bengals if they could work on their O line and take care of Burrow who knows what he can do I mean he threw for 316 yards and 3 Tds but he also threw the ball 61 times in that game so no excuse not to have that high of an amount of yards. It impressed me how Burrow used all of his receivers the guy is very smart I’m excited to watch him for years to come. Now for the Browns Mayfield looked incredible 16/23 216 yards 2 TDS granted he threw one pick but that was his one and only mistake. Also their run game was awesome Chubb 124 yards Hunt 86 what a duo those guys are hopefully these 2 teams can play just like that the rest of the season they might go somewhere

Rams vs Eagles

Their was a fun game to watch first off Jared Goff looked fantastic at one point he was 18-18 on passes and still finished 20-27 with 267 yards and 3 TDS his run game looked good too Henderson/Brown splitting the touches Kupp looked good their entire offense looked very good. Wentz however didn’t look very good 26/43 with 242 yards no tds 2 picks. Miles Sanders looked like the best part of their offense with 95 yards wondering if the Eagles can snap out of this 0-2 slump

Falcons vs Cowboys

First off this game was ridiculous to watch. Dallas looked like the Dallas Cowshits that entire first half and they made the falcons like like a good football team then it was switched the second half. Matt Ryan is one that stood out to me he looked great 24/36 with 273 yards 4 tds no picks against what’s supposed to be a top defense it was good to watch Ryan do good. Ridley stood out to 109 yards 2 tds unfortunately their defense collapsed and blew it. Prescott looked great too 34/47 450 yards 1 td elliott looked good as much as I can’t stand him I have to give credit where it’s due Cooper looked great as always 100 yards and so did rookie CeeDee Lamb with 106 yards. All in all it was a good game to watch

Chiefs vs Chargers

Justin Herbert first career start didn’t even know till pregame and he goes out and kills it almost beats the reigning champs it was such a ridiculously good game Mahomes keeps proving why he’s the best in the game 27/47 302 yards 2 tds 54 yard rushing doesn’t surprise me one bit he does that every week. Butker best kicker in the game no doubt having to kick the winning FG 3 times from 50+ yards just great. Justin Herbert he’s going to be great 22/33 311 yards only 1 Td but he looked good just like Burrow he’s a smart young QB knows how to use all his weapons his run game helped him a lot as well

Seahawks vs Patriots

In all honesty the best game of the week both teams offense looked awesome. Newton throwing 33/44 397 yards 1 Td 2 rushing tds looked like old Cam Newton. But Julian Edelman 179 yards come on he is by far one of the best playing the game right now. Russell Wilson 21/28 288 yards 5 tds thats mvp worthy right there don’t know how anybody can’t see that

Some other players that stuck out to me

Bears David Montgomery 82 yards

Panthers Bridgewater 33/42 362 yards

Panthers D.J Moore 120 yards

Panthers R. Anderson 109 yards

Bucs L. Fournette 103 yards 2 tds

Bucs M. Evans 104 yards 1 Td

Steelers J. Conner 106 yards 1 td

Steelers D. Johnson 92 yards 1 td

Packers A.Jones 168 yards 2 Tds 68 rec yards 1 td

Bills J. Allen 417 yards 4 tds

Bills S. Diggs 153 yards 1 td

Dolphins M. Gesicki 130 yards 1 td

Colts J.Taylor 101 yards 1 td

Colts M. Alle Cox 111 yards

Saints A. Kamara 79 yards 2 tds 95 rec yards

Week 3 Blog

A lot of tough games this weekend I feel this is going to be a real fun week to watch so I picked only a few to go over and pick who will win

Dolphins vs Jaguars

I honestly don’t even know who to pick in this one. Both teams are terrible but I’m thinking the Jaguars will walk away with this one. I felt the same way though about the Bengals vs Browns game last week and it turned out to be one of the best games of week 2 so you never know. I’m really hoping we get to see Tua though.

Bills vs Rams

I’m picking the Bills in this one. Josh Allen is ridiculous that whole team is just awesome in general. Although Jared Goff and the Rams have been playing great so far as well I just feel the Bills will come away with the win. The Bills are also on the top of my list to go to the AFC Championship game this year

Raiders vs Patriots

This game was a tough one for me to pick both teams have been playing great. Raiders starting out 2-0 coming off a win against a team I think is a super bowl favorite for the NFC shows they have improved a lot from last year. The Patriots look great as always even in the post Tom Brady era of the team. Cam Newton has looked good so far like he did in his early years with Carolina. I’m taking the Patriots in what will be a close game

Cowboys vs Seahawks

I’m taking the Seahawks in this game although I don’t like or care for either team you can’t deny the greatness of Russell Wilson he needs to at least win one MVP before he retires which is still a ways away I’m sure but he definitely deserves it at some point in his career. As for the Cowboys it’s going to be another disappointment for them this year a team that all the football analysts and experts pick to win the division every year and go to the Super Bowl are going to have a tough time again this year if their lucky I think they’ll finish 8-8

Ravens vs Chiefs

I’ve been waiting for this one since they announced the schedule. Both teams are ridiculously stacked with talent in the QBs alone. This is going to be one of if not the best game of the season the I could see it being the AFC championship game as well. Although it was hard to pick this game I’m picking the Ravens it’s going to be really close though you really don’t want to miss this game

Bengals vs Browns recap

Gotta feel bad for Joe Burrow they want to build a franchise around him and they can’t even get him the help on offense that he needs, under pressure almost every drive knocked down multiple times this offensive line is truly pathetic and he still had a good game throwing over 300 yards with 2 Tds. I was impressed with the Browns Baker Mayfield showed up to play and had a good game as well made only one mistake but it’s expected to happen will have to see if it continues next week though
