Cardinals over Washington

Both of these teams were a big surprise last week when they won but I have to go the Cardinals in this one

Chiefs vs Chargees

Chiefs will win this one and it won’t even be close. The chiefs picked up right where they left off last season last week against the Texans and I don’t see them slowing down against what I think is going to be a struggling Chargers team yes they have weapons at wide receiver but they don’t have a more than decent QB throwing them the ball to make things happened I mean they struggled against the Bengals who have improved but still instead of starting Tyrod Taylor they should start Justin Herbert and see how it goes I don’t think he’s a bust like I’ve seen other people say he is but it’s obvious who I’m taking in this one

Ravens vs Texans

I think this actually might be one of the best games on the week the Ravens looked dominant over the Browns but it was the Browns then again. If Watson can get going and play better I think it could be a good close game but you just know Lamar Jackson is going to dominate as always and I’m intrigued to see how J.K Dobbins does coming off that game last week same with Will Fuller IV I’m taking the Ravens in this one by at least 10

Patriots vs Seahawks

The game I personally can’t wait to see on Sunday night Russell Wilson looked great against the Falcons and it looks like he’s in a pass offense this year which is something different I wouldn’t sleep on Chris Carson though. The Patriots looked good against the Dolphins last week the first game without Brady Newton looked really good so I’m excited to see what else he can do and how far this Patriots team can go although I don’t think they will win the division I think they’ll at least get a wildcard I’m taking the Seahawks

Saints vs Raiders

The Raiders surprised me last I thought the Panthers were going to win and the Raiders looked really good I don’t think it’ll be enough though to beat the Saints who put up a lot of points on the Bucs in week 1 I think it’ll be a fairly competitive game but the Saints will come out on top

So I touched on 3 games in my first blog in this blog I want to go over the rest of the games for the week

Bears vs Giants

This is an interesting game for me being a Bears fan I noticed a lot of things about our team. For one the o line though it has improved it could be a lot better losing Kyle Long didn’t help us very much but I feel like it has come a very long way since last season also our defense needs to be a lot better we’ve had one of the top defenses for years yes we’ve lost a few good players but I just want to see more from it lastly Mitch has improved a lot of people can’t see it but sitting there watching the whole game you could tell he has improved he has some good weapons in Allen Robinson and Anthony Miller hopefully he can make them work. Onto the Giants they desperately need to continue to work on the O line that is the one thing I noticed about them that really stood out Barkley who should be a top running back only had 6 yards rushing he had no holes made for him to run and if it doesn’t get taken care of him and the rest of the Giants unfortunately will struggle. I’m taking the Bears in this one look out for Allen Robinson and Mitch Trubisky to be a sleeper this week in your fantasy leagues along with Slayton on the Giants

Falcons Vs Cowboys

I liked what I saw against the Falcons in week one against the Seahawks I think the Seahawks will have one of the top defenses in the league with a good key addition of Jamal Adams making the defense even better. Cowboys lost a few of their O line Sunday night against the Rams and I think that played a factor in the game exposing Prescott for the mediocre QB I feel he is CeeDee Lamb didn’t really impress me much either so hopefully there will be more from him and the defense didn’t help out either. So if the Falcons continue to score points like they did against the Seahawks I think they’ll be fine against the Cowboys and beat them

Packers over Lions

Taking the Packers in this game against a Lions defense that collapsed against the Bears last week and a healthy Aaron Rodgers who put a bunch of points up last week against the Vikings. If they continue that they should have no problem winning this week

Titans over Jaguars

I did not see the same Titans team this week against the Broncos that I saw last year and I thought they would be a team who would be at the top again although they did get the win and their defense did a pretty good job I just don’t think their the same team. Jaguars surprised me thought they were going to get the floor mopped with them by the Colts but the almighty Gardner Minshew proved me wrong and pulled through. It’s going to be a lot tougher against the Titans this week though I’m taking Titans to beat them

Vikings over Colts

Vikings are a team I thought would be a lot better this year although they didn’t look horrible I wasn’t all that impressed by them this week I still think Kirk Cousins is way overrated and overpaid but I could say the same about Philip Rivers and the Colts this one is a tough one to pick but I’m going with the Vikings

Bills over Dolphins

This one is easy for Josh Allen is a beast that whole Bills team is going to have a good year and they are going to win the AFC East and honestly I would of felt the same if Brady was still on the Patriots. If Fitzpatrick doesn’t do anything this week I would think about going with Tua next week that’s my opinion though I could be wrong there’s still a lot needed to be done with the Dolphins as we speak but I think with the right QB they have improved

49ers vs Jets

This is another easy game for me I thought the Jets would be better this year and they still could be but watching how they played the Bills last week I didn’t see it if Darnold doesn’t prove himself this year I think this could be in for him on the Jets. As for the 49ers having one of the bets defenses last year I expected more from them and Jimmy although I feel the Cardinals have gotten a hell of a lot better and are going to be a force to reckon with in the west I’m taking the 49ers in this one

Panthers over Bucs

I decided on the Panthers in this one the Bucs didn’t look good at all last week did not look like a Tom Brady offense at all the O line didn’t do a fantastic job Mike Evans who should be a top receiver had I believe 5 yards at the most maybe and I saw at least 3 dropped passes Gronk didn’t do very much like I thought he would. Bridgewater and the Panthers actually did not look too bad last week in week 1 yes it was the Raiders but I feel that this panthers team will be pretty decent possibly a playoff team

Hello thank you for reading my first ever blog. I missed week 1 so I’m starting with week 2 of the NFL season. I’ll start by telling you about me. I was born in Joliet, Illinois. I love football obviously a die hard Bears fan always have been always will be but I do like players too I don’t hate on players that I think are good I have favorite players on others teams as well as the Bears

In this blog I will be going over week 2 games. Who to pick, who to sit and who to start also some sleepers and I will be going over 3 games for the week that I think will be good games

Let’s start with Thursday nights game the Bengals vs the Browns. I have to go with the Bengals in this one. Quite Honestly if Joe Burrow plays the game like he did that last drive in week 1 the Bengals will be fine. The offensive line needs to step it up as well. Also looking at the Browns offense it was really really bad week 1 and I don’t believe it all had to do with the Ravens defense being that good but I guess we will see in the coming weeks especially when they play the Texans this week and the Chiefs next Monday night.

Rams vs Eagles

I personally believe the Rams will come away with a win this week. Rams will be better than anyone expected this year Goff will step it up and so will their defense. As for the Eagles their defense needs to step up after collapsing against Washington last week I fail to believe they won’t have problems with the Rams. There’s been major improvements to the run game for the Rams even after losing Gurley and they improved their defense as well. Also look for Dallas Goedart for the Eagles to have a good game at Tight End

Broncos vs Steelers

Big Ben is back! And he is looking pretty damn good given it was against the Giants he looked like his old self. Broncos losing a key part to their defense in Von Miller doesn’t help their season one bit even though their defense is still pretty decent it’s not nearly as good as it could have been with him playing. They could have and possibly should have won in week 1 but there was some real bad coaching there in the last 2 minutes of the games when Tennessee had the ball it cost them a chance and it lost them the game. I think this game is going to be close but the Steelers will come away with a win in this one
